A macaron is a delicate, sweet meringue-based confection made with egg white, icing sugar, granulated sugar, almond meal, and food colouring. A macaron is usually filled with buttercream or chocolate ganache.

A minimum of 12 macarons is required per order.

Macarons range between R17 to R20 each, depending on the filling and detail on the macaron shell.

• Strawberry buttercream filling with strawberry compote center
• Dark, milk or white chocolate ganache filling with caramel center

• Lemon poppysheed buttercream filling with lemon curd center
• Plain strawberry buttercream filling
